Delete account

You can delete your HealTD account at any time. Deleted immediately and permanently: your player name, your login token, all runs and leaderboard entries (Season, All-time, Healed) and your duels. Nothing remains that can be linked to you; server backups are overwritten after 14 days at the latest.

In the app

1. Open Einstellungen → Konto löschen (Settings → Delete account).
2. Confirm with Löschen (Delete) – done.

In the browser

1. In the app, tap “Löschcode für die Webseite” (deletion code for the website) under Einstellungen → Konto löschen. The 8-character code is valid for 24 hours.
2. Enter your player name and the deletion code here.

No access to the app any more? Write to us using the contact details in the imprint and tell us your player name – we then delete the account by hand. You remove the data stored locally on your device (progress, settings) by uninstalling the app.
